These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, the purchase and use of our software products, and the provision of DSE (Display Screen Equipment) assessment services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, it is assumed that you agree to the terms laid out below.

ASSISTIVE SOLUTIONS Ltd (ReWork) is a company registered in England and Wales, offering assistive technology solutions and DSE assessment services tailored to support accessibility, ergonomics, and wellbeing in the workplace.

Assistive Software Solutions – Licensing, installation support, and training for specialist software to assist users with visual, cognitive, and physical needs.

DSE Assessments – Comprehensive DSE assessments, including remote and on-site evaluations, written reports, and equipment recommendations.

Consultation & Reporting – Advice tailored to individual or organisational needs relating to workplace adjustments and compliance.
Booking Assessments
Assessments can be booked in the following ways:

By Email: Contact us at contact@re-work.me with your name, organisation (if applicable), and preferred dates.
Confirmation of a booking will be issued via email. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please follow up to ensure your request has been received and processed.
Assessment Delivery
Assessments are carried out by trained and qualified professionals. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during the pre-assessment phase.

Ensure access to the relevant individual(s) and equipment if an on-site assessment is arranged.

Attend virtual assessments punctually, with appropriate technology (camera, microphone, etc.) available.

Assessment reports will be delivered in writing within 5 working days unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled assessment to receive a full refund or reschedule.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at ReWork’s discretion.

No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full fee.

Software Licensing and Usage
All software provided by ReWork is subject to the individual licensing agreements of the original developers and/or proprietary terms established by ReWork. By purchasing or activating any software through ReWork, you agree to:

Use the software only as licensed for personal or organisational purposes.

Refrain from duplicating, distributing, reverse-engineering, or otherwise tampering with the software.

Comply with any applicable user limits, access controls, and restrictions outlined in the license.
Software licenses are issued on a per-user or per-device basis unless otherwise stated.
Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of purchase or prior to the delivery of assessment services unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, bank transfer, or invoice (subject to credit approval).

Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless agreed otherwise.
Late payments may incur interest and collection fees in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Refunds

Software Licenses: Non-refundable once activated, installed, or downloaded.

Assessment Services: Refunds are only available when cancellation policies are followed (see Section 5).

If a technical fault or service failure occurs on our part, we will offer a replacement, rebooking, or refund, as appropriate.
Data Protection & Confidentiality
ReWork is committed to protecting your data and privacy. We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.

Client information, including assessment data, is stored securely and only accessed by authorised personnel.

Reports and data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where legally required.

Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, software descriptions, training materials, and branding, is the intellectual property of ReWork or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written consent.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

ReWork provides assessment and software services on an “as is” basis.

While we aim to provide accurate and beneficial assessments, the recommendations are advisory and not a substitute for medical advice or regulatory certification.

ReWork is not responsible for implementation failures or misuse of assessment outcomes.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services or software is limited to the total amount paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Modifications to Terms
ReWork reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website and will take effect immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes your agreement to the modified terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
