Who Are Our Coaches?
Our Wellbeing Coaches come from a variety of backgrounds, but all are qualified in professional fields such as counselling, life coaching, social work and psychology. They bring a wealth of experience to tailor the sessions and meet individual needs. Our Coaches have extensive experience with supporting mental health and will support in better managing workplace challenges such as anxiety, burnout, low self-esteem, and poor motivation/productivity.
